Check-in time is 2.00pm. The booking is guaranteed until 6.00pm of arrival day, unless notice is given.
Check-out time is 10.30am, unless availability is confirmed. Additional charges apply for late check-out.

When booking, the customer will be required to provide a valid credit card number. In case of no-show the customer will be charged the first night stay.

No charges will apply for cancellations via fax or e-mail received at least 48 hours prior to expected guest’s arrival.

All major credit cards are accepted.
Only the first drawing of bank cheques is accepted.

Commissions on the room prices are allowed only to Travel Agencies.
